Shipping policy

Given our limited number of staff, orders are processed as quickly as possible, but primarily on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $6 flat rate shipping within the continental US, or expedited 2-day shipping for $10.  

Game-Day pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free Gameday pickup! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at the next Spiders home game. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Game-Day pickup orders will be available at the Merchandise tent. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sjspiders.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us to see if you order has been processed or shipped.

We allow returns and exchanges for new and unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. If you wish to make an exchange, we gladly cover return shipping to you. Shoot us an email to let us know your package is on its way back to us. Include a note in your package that tells us what you’d like to exchange your product for and the reason for exchange.

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within ten (10) business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be refunded only after the damaged merchandise has been returned.
